Residential Divisions Services Overview

WCI provides a comprehensive range of services and supports to 135 people with developmental disabilities in Residential Community homes. People also have physical, mental health and behavioral health, sensory and medical health needs.

Staffing supports range from intensive (1:1) to (1:4) depending on people's needs and challenges. Our approach is to implement strategies that provide flexible options that maximize independence and inclusion in the community through the following methodologies:
