Employment and Day Supports Division

As a medium-sized service provider in Massachusetts offering quality human services and health care alternatives, WCI is committed to ensuring that all Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have a future centered on opportunity and growth. Our staff assists Individuals in a number of areas, ranging from finding jobs to creating meaningful day activities to giving back to the community through volunteer work.

Our Employment/Day Supports Division is comprised of four different Employment and Day Programs:

  • Competitive and Supportive Employment, including Volunteer Work
  • Life Skills Day Habilitation and Community-Based Day Supports
  • Social Skill Building and the Art Initiative Program
  • Deaf Employment Supports

All four programs have a different focus that enables WCI to provide individualized day services and a continuum of supports.
